3.3 Dispatch, Deposits, and Payments

Dispatch fees, deposits, or advance payments, if required, are non-refundable unless stated otherwise at the time of booking. Any remaining balance is due upon completion of service.


3.4 Cancellations and No-Shows

You may be responsible for fees related to late cancellations, no-shows, or canceled dispatches after a driver has been assigned. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.
